Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support Turkish-speaking SMBs with advertising products. You will handle chat, email, and phone inquiries, deliver pre- and post-sales support, and help clients optimize campaigns in a fast-paced international setting.

The role offers relocation support to Lisbon with a 40-hour week, rotating shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including private health insurance and meal allowances.

Qualificações

Native Turkish and fluent English (C1).
Experience in customer service or support is a plus.
Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsabilidades

Your Responsibilities

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will:

Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
Assist Turkish‑speaking SMB clients with advertising products and platform‑related questions.
Deliver both pre‑sales and post‑sales support.
Help customers optimize their advertising campaigns and achieve better business results.
Troubleshoot technical and account‑related issues.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through professional and empathetic service.
Educate customers on self‑service advertising tools and best practices.
Handle confidential customer information responsibly.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent Turkish
Fluent English (minimum C1)

Paid Training

Duration: 15 working days
Schedule: 8 hours/day (starting between 08:30 and 09:30 depending on the training group)
