Business Intelligence Sales Consultants is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support SMBs in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, specializing in Turkish-speaking clients and guiding them through pre- and post-sales processes.

You will help optimize advertising campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high CSAT while working in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualificações

• Turkish language at native or fluent level.
• English at minimum C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist Turkish-speaking SMB clients with advertising products and platform-related questions.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist Turkish‑speaking SMB clients with advertising products and platform‑related questions.
• Deliver both pre‑sales and post‑sales support.
• Help customers optimise their advertising campaigns and achieve better business results.
• Troubleshoot technical and account‑related issues.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through professional and empathetic service.
• Educate customers on self‑service advertising tools and best practices.
• Handle confidential customer information responsibly.

Salary & Benefits

Paid Training

• Duration: 15 working days
• Schedule: 8 hours/day (starting between 08:30 and 09:30 depending on the training group)
• Training Language: English
• Training Compensation: €92.80 per week

Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 5 working days per week
• 8‑hour shifts + 1‑hour lunch break
• Rotational schedule
• Monday to Sunday
• Operating hours: 07:00 – 00:00
• Shift schedules provided 4 weeks in advance
