Boeva Tech is hiring an Operations Customer Expert to support Turkish-speaking SMB clients from our Lisbon office. In a fast‑paced international setting, you will handle chat, email and phone inquiries, guiding customers to maximize our digital advertising solutions.

Relocation to Portugal is provided, with a comprehensive package including accommodation options, meal allowances, and private health insurance.

Your Responsibilities

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will:

Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
Assist Turkish‑speaking SMB clients with advertising products and platform‑related questions.
Deliver both pre‑sales and post‑sales support.
Help customers optimize their advertising campaigns and achieve better business results.
Troubleshoot technical and account‑related issues.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through professional and empathetic service.
Educate customers on self‑service advertising tools and best practices.
Handle confidential customer information responsibly.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Required Languages

Native or fluent Turkish
Fluent English (minimum C1)

You are someone who has

Previous experience in customer service, digital marketing, or technical support is an advantage but not required.

Salary & Benefits

Paid Training

Duration: 15 working days
Schedule: 8 hours/day (starting between 08:30 and 09:30 depending on the training group)
Training Language: English
Training Compensation: €92.80 per week

No previous product knowledge is required—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week
5 working days per week
8‑hour shifts + 1‑hour lunch break
Rotational schedule
Monday to Sunday
Operating hours: 07:00 – 00:00
Shift schedules provided 4 weeks in advance

Modern office located in Lisbon City Centre, easily accessible by public transport and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shops.
