Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a on-site Polish-speaking and English-fluent customer service agent based in Porto, Portugal. You will assist trucking clients, answer questions, clarify road usage regulations, and help ensure timely toll and revenue collection.

The role requires handling calls and emails professionally, with a friendly attitude. Work is on-site in Porto, with a 40-hour week in a rotational 24/7 pattern.

Job description

The client is a Portuguese company specializing in road infrastructure management, including assets and debt-related communication management, operation, maintenance and toll collection services.

Together with your colleagues you will perform customer service activities through direct digital channels (mail and phone), both in Polish and English, supporting customers by clarifying questions and ensuring revenue collection, debt communication, and/or service sales.

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work model: On site
Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern 24/7
Remuneration: €998 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments, which is approximately €1,164 gross per month when averaged over 12 months
