Job summary

CallForTalents is seeking a bilingual support specialist in Porto, Portugal. You will handle direct digital channels (mail and phone) in Polish and English, assisting customers, clarifying questions, and ensuring revenue collection and toll communications.

Work is on-site with a 40-hour week in a rotational 24/7 pattern. The role offers private health insurance, a meal allowance, and a total compensation package including perks.

Job description

The client is a Portuguese company specializing in road infrastructure management, including assets and debt-related communication management, operation, maintenance and toll collection services.

Together with your colleagues you will perform customer service activities through direct digital channels (mail and phone), both in Polish and English, supporting customers by clarifying questions and ensuring revenue collection, debt communication, and/or service sales.

Remuneration

€998 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments, which is approximately €1,164 gross per month when averaged over 12 months
