Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Polish-speaking customer advisor to support trucks over 3.5 tons. The role involves direct digital channels and phone interactions, clarifying road usage questions, and ensuring toll and revenue collection.

You will work on-site, 40 hours per week, with a rotational shift pattern 24/7. A private health insurance and meal allowance are provided. Fluency in Polish and English is required, along with a professional, friendly attitude.

The client is a Portuguese company specializing in road infrastructure management, including assets and debt-related communication management, operation, maintenance and toll collection services.

Together with your colleagues you will perform customer service activities through direct digital channels (mail and phone), both in Polish and English, supporting customers by clarifying questions and ensuring revenue collection, debt communication, and/or service sales.

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work model: On site
Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern 24/7
Remuneration: €998 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments, which is approximately €1,164 gross per month when averaged over 12 months
Perks: Private health insurance & meal allowance of €154 per month
Salary + perks total: €1,318 gross
Annual leave: 22 days
