Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal seeks a customer service specialist fluent in Polish and English to serve as the main contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, assisting drivers and logistics companies and clarifying road usage rules.

Join a 40-hour week on-site with a 24/7 rotating schedule. Remuneration is €998 gross per month paid in 14 instalments, plus a €154 meal allowance and private health insurance, bringing total gross pay to about €1,318 per month.

Job description

The client is a Portuguese company specializing in road infrastructure management, including assets and debt-related communication management, operation, maintenance and toll collection services.

Together with your colleagues you will perform customer service activities through direct digital channels (mail and phone), both in Polish and English, supporting customers by clarifying questions and ensuring revenue collection, debt communication, and/or service sales.

• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions over the phone and via e-mail;
• Professional, yet friendly attitude.

Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern 24/7
Remuneration: €998 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments, which is approximately €1,164 gross per month when averaged over 12 months
