Job summary

CallForTalents is seeking a customer service professional to support Polish-speaking drivers and logistics companies from Porto, Portugal, on site. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, clarify road-use questions, and assist with tolls and revenue collection while promoting service sales where applicable.

The role requires a native Polish speaker with fluent English and a professional, friendly attitude. The schedule is 40 hours per week on a rotational shift, with on-site work in Porto.

Job description

The client is a Portuguese company specializing in road infrastructure management, including assets and debt-related communication management, operation, maintenance and toll collection services.

Together with your colleagues you will perform customer service activities through direct digital channels (mail and phone), both in Polish and English, supporting customers by clarifying questions and ensuring revenue collection, debt communication, and/or service sales.

Remuneration

€998 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments, which is approximately €1,164 gross per month when averaged over 12 months
