Job summary

Olivia Hotels Collection is launching a new 5‑star hotel in Lisbon and seeks a Guest Experience professional to deliver personalised service to an international guest base. You will accompany guests throughout their stay, anticipate needs, handle requests and coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Guest Service, or similar positions in 4-star Superior / 5-star hotels.
• We will also consider candidates with 3 or more years of experience as a Guest Experience, Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Deputy Front Office Manager, who are looking to take the next step towards a position more focused on guest experience.
• Experience working with international guests and within high service standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate effectively with the different hotel departments.
• Languages: Additional languages, especially French, will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in our guests' experience, accompanying them throughout their stay, anticipating their needs, handling their requests and ensuring a personalised service in line with the standards of a 5‑star hotel.
• You will work closely with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and all other hotel departments, contributing to ensuring that every guest enjoys an authentic, personalised and memorable experience.

At Olivia Hotels Collection, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a Guest Experience professional to join our new 5-star hotel in Lisbon.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, highly customer-oriented, attentive to detail, and capable of creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What profile are we looking for?

A professional with:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Guest Service, or similar positions in 4-star Superior / 5-star hotels.
