KLx, S.A in Portugal is searching for an experienced Operational Risk & Business Continuity Manager to enhance operational resilience and strengthen internal controls. You will identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks while developing business continuity frameworks.

The position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong understanding of risk frameworks, and excellent analytical skills. A hybrid working model and competitive salary with benefits are offered, providing a supportive and international environment.

Operational Risk & Business Continuity Manager

KLx is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Operational Risk & Business Continuity Manager to enhance our operational resilience and strengthen our internal control framework. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that KLx operates in full alignment with the Crédit Agricole Risk Management model. Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Risk, you will reinforce the team by leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of transversal operational risks, while also developing and maintaining robust business continuity and crisis‑management frameworks.

Who you are:

• At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management, business continuity or related fields in regulated industries (banking, insurance)
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, business continuity standards and latest regulatory requirements (eg. DORA)
• Familiarity with risk management tools and reporting systems
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with different stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal awareness and a positive workplace attitude
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Working proficiency in English (French is a plus)
