KLx, S.A in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Operational Risk & Business Continuity Manager to enhance operational resilience and strengthen the internal control framework. You will lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks, while developing robust business continuity and crisis management frameworks.

With at least 5 years in regulated industries, you will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. A competitive salary, bonus, and hybrid work model are offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in operational risk management or business continuity.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and business continuity standards.
• Familiarity with risk management tools and reporting systems.
