KLx, S.A in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Operational Risk & Business Continuity Manager to enhance operational resilience and strengthen the internal control framework. You will lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks, while developing robust business continuity and crisis management frameworks.

With at least 5 years in regulated industries, you will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. A competitive salary, bonus, and hybrid work model are offered.

KLx is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Operational Risk & Business Continuity Manager to enhance our operational resilience and strengthen our internal control framework. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that KLx operates in full alignment with the Crédit Agricole Risk Management model. Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Risk, you will reinforce the team by leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of transversal operational risks, while also developing and maintaining robust business continuity and crisis‑management frameworks.

Who you are:

• At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management, business continuity or related fields in regulated industries (banking, insurance)
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, business continuity standards and latest regulatory requirements (ex.DORA)
• Familiarity with risk management tools and reporting systems
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with different stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal awareness and a positive workplace attitude
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Working proficiency in English (French is a plus)
