KLx, S.A in Portugal is searching for an experienced Operational Risk & Business Continuity Manager to enhance operational resilience and strengthen internal controls. You will identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks while developing business continuity frameworks.

The position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong understanding of risk frameworks, and excellent analytical skills. A hybrid working model and competitive salary with benefits are offered, providing a supportive and international environment.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management, business continuity or related fields in regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, business continuity standards and latest regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with risk management tools and reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders.

• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of transversal operational risks.
• Develop and maintain robust business continuity and crisis management frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with Crédit Agricole Risk Management model.
