Haworth is seeking a motivated IT Support Analyst to provide first-line onsite and remote technical assistance for end-user devices, software, and peripherals in a global business environment.

You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, printers, and AV equipment, ensuring security, software licensing, and asset records are accurately managed while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in an Information Technology support role.
• Hands‑on experience supporting desktop and laptop computers, hardware, software, and end-user devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line onsite and remote support for end-user hardware, software, and IT devices, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Install, configure, image, and maintain computers and other IT equipment according to company standards.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues involving computers, printers, scanners, barcode readers, handheld devices, and related equipment.
• Support meetings and events by setting up audio-visual equipment and presentation technology.
• Log, track, and resolve support requests through the corporate helpdesk system.
• Monitor the health and performance of IT systems, including backups, storage, servers, antivirus protection, and printing services.
• Maintain software licenses and ensure accurate inventory and asset records for IT equipment.
• Perform hardware upgrades, software updates, and equipment replacements as required.
