Consulting, Inc. in Lisbon is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide first-line support for hardware, software, and telecommunications. You will assist with procuring and setting up PCs, and meet with new employees to review setup procedures.

The role includes delivering billable IT support to client projects, assisting with third-party applications, and maintaining office devices. A hybrid work arrangement and paid parental leave are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 1 to 3 years of desktop, laptop and first-level support experience in a complex IT environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level support to CTI employees for computer system hardware, software, and telecommunications.
• Procure and install new electronic devices such as PCs and set them up as required.
• Meet with new employees to review setup procedures for computers and telecommunications devices.
• Provide billable IT support to client projects.
• Assist with implementing and supporting third‑party applications.
• Maintain CTI internal systems such as phones, copy machines, and other equipment.
• Proactively identify areas where technology can improve business processes and productivity.
• Assist with testing and validation of IT solutions.
• Maintain necessary documentation as required by CTI SOPs.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies; replenish as needed while monitoring the budget.
• Meet all project deadlines on time and on budget.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation schedule to provide support to CTI employees for critical IT needs outside regular business hours.
