Cleva Solutions seeks an IT support technician to install, configure, and test application components per documentation or guidance. You will diagnose incidents at customer sites and resolve medium-complexity requests, while creating Knowledge Base articles and supporting internal trainings.

You will collaborate with teams, travel to customer sites occasionally, and communicate resolutions clearly to customers, ensuring quality service and timely reports.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• English at A1 level.
• ITIL Foundation (preferred).
• Analytical and fast learner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with collaboration skills.
• Basic DB2/SQL Server knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, integrate, and test application components per docs or guidance.
• Diagnose incidents related to modules at customer sites.
• Resolve medium-complexity requests independently.
• Create and validate Knowledge Base docs.
• Support internal trainings and assist customers.
