Claranet Portugal is seeking a Field Technician to join our internal team in Madeira. You will provide onsite technical support to end users, diagnose incidents, and help maintain local IT infrastructure while ensuring security and reliability.

The role requires strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, LAN basics, experience with ticketing systems, and a valid driving licence to travel across the Madeira region.

Qualificações

• Proven onsite technical support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Client OS and Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of LAN and networking basics.
• Experience using ticketing systems.
• Residence in Madeira region and valid driving licence for regional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-line onsite technical support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to computer equipment, peripherals and Windows OS.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Support the management of the local IT infrastructure.
• Log, track, and update incidents and service requests using a ticketing system.
• Travel across the Madeira region to provide onsite support.
• Liaise with internal and external technical teams when required.
