A leading technology services provider in Porto is seeking a Field Technician to install and support retail clients' equipment. Candidates must have at least 2 years of field service experience, a degree in Computer Science or similar, and be available for 24/7 support. Right now, we are looking for a Field Technician to integrate our internal team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Field Technician with professional experience in installing, configuring and supporting Retail Clients (Laptops & POS, Pinpad's and printers)
• Ensure onsite support to our customers.
• Implementation and deploy of equipments in the field;
• Troubleshooting.

Your must have:

• 12th grade certificate, Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Proven experience in Retail clients;
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a Field Support Technician;
• Minimum 2 years field service experience working in customers onsite (Decisive factor)
• Available for 24/7 Prevention if needed;
• High sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Availability to travel within Portugal
