Tech People 247 is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our Brisbane team. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for Windows OS, Office 365, and Apple devices, delivering hands-on support onsite.

Responsibilities include ticketing in a helpdesk system, break-fix tasks, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination. A 2–3 year track record in Desktop/IT Support, knowledge of AD/GPO, ITIL, and strong communication are required.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 7–10 & Office 365.
• Experience with Active Directory & Group Policies (GPOs).
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting & installations.
• Basic understanding of networking, servers, and telecom.
• Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
• Manage and update tickets in the helpdesk system.
• Perform break-fix support and fault resolution.
• Install, configure, and support Windows OS & Office 365.
• Support printers, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Basic support for Mac OS (Apple devices).
• Diagnose network connectivity issues using standard tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for complex issues (e.g., AV systems).
