Axians | Digital Solutions - Tech Talent in Lisbon is seeking an IT Technical Support Technician (Helpdesk) to provide end-user IT support in a large-scale, onsite environment. The role focuses on desktop support, hardware/software provisioning, and secure IT management.

You will be the primary contact for incidents, deploying and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, and supporting Windows, MacOS, iOS, networking, printing, and apps throughout the device lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in IT Technical Support / Helpdesk roles within medium or large-scale environments.
• Practical experience supporting Windows, MacOS, iOS devices, desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile technologies.
• Experience working with service management tools and handling incidents, requests, and asset inventories.
• Fluency in English (Expert level).

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-line desktop support for hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Deploy, configure, support, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, audio-visual equipment, and telecommunications devices.
• Manage incidents and requests through ITSM tools while ensuring service levels and operational procedures are respected.
• Support Windows, MacOS, iOS, networking, Wi-Fi connectivity, printing solutions, and application installations throughout the device lifecycle.
