Inetum is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple project environments. The role focuses on end-user support, device troubleshooting, Windows administration and basic Microsoft 365 user administration.

You will install and configure desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, and assist with Outlook/Teams/OneDrive authentication and MFA. A valid driving licence is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in onsite technical support or helpdesk roles.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting.
• Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Install and configure corporate software and Microsoft applications.
• Support basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and printing.
• Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, groups and licences.
• Support Outlook, Teams and OneDrive, including authentication, MFA and synchronisation issues.
• Record activities and resolutions within ticketing systems.
