The Lemon Consulting is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Lisbon/Porto, Portugal. The role is 100% on-site and offers full-time employment with a monthly gross salary of 945€.

You will be the first point of contact for a global user community, handling calls, chats and emails with a focus on resolution and quality communications. Applicants must be based in Portugal (Lisbon) or willing to relocate to Porto, hold a high school diploma, and be fluent in Spanish (C2) and English (B2).

Qualifications

• Spanish at C2 level and English at B2 level.
• High school diploma.
• Customer service skills including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• EU citizenship.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Porto.
• Available for on-site work in 24/7 rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, efficient support as the first point of contact for a global community of users.
• Handle and resolve customer issues across inbound calls, chats and emails.
• Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
• Write thoughtful, accurate responses and customize prepared templates for communications.
• Research and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
• Arbitrate between users when needed.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
