Job summary

Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Customer & Technical Support Specialist to join our Porto on-site team. You will provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and empathetic support to customers across European markets.

You will use multichannel support (calls, email, chat, SMS) and document all interactions in English. Training and clear career growth opportunities are offered within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English at C1 level are required.
• Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving, prioritization and organizational abilities.
• Remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
• Patience and good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices, consumables and accessories.
• Manage order intake and renewals in line with company policies.
• Assist customers with product usage and ordering via calls, email, chat, and SMS.
• Accurately document all customer contacts in English.
• Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
