Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to act as the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries, manage requests, and deliver exceptional service in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires native or high fluency in Italian, with strong English skills (B2+), and optional proficiency in French or Dutch. On-site work in Lisbon with rotational shifts between 07:30 and 20:00, weekends off, and a structured onboarding program are

Qualifications

Native or high fluency in Italian with strong English communication skills (B2+)
Native or high fluency in French with strong English communication skills (B2+)
Native or high fluency in Dutch with strong English communication skills (B2+)
Alternatively, proficiency in English alone is acceptable

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate and timely support to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Manage and document customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
