Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers in a fast-paced, international environment. The role is on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, with Monday–Friday shifts and weekends off.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, deliver accurate and timely support, and document interactions in the CRM. Fluency in Italian, French or Dutch with strong English (B2+) is preferred, along with excellent listening, communication

Qualifications

• Native or high fluency in Italian, French, or Dutch with strong English (B2+).
• Alternatively, English-only proficiency is acceptable.
• Excellent active listening, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
