Qualifications

• Native or high fluency in Italian with strong English (B2+).
• Native or high fluency in French with strong English (B2+).
• Native or high fluency in Dutch with strong English (B2+).
• Or simply English proficiency suffices.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Document and manage customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maximize customer satisfaction.
