Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be based on-site. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and delivering exceptional service in an international setting.

Fluency in Italian with strong English (B2+) or French/Dutch with English is required; English-only is acceptable. Work is Monday–Friday with shifts between 07:30 and 20:00, weekends off; the role includes onboarding and a supportive multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Native or high fluency in Italian with strong English skills (B2+)
• Native or high fluency in French with strong English skills (B2+)
• Native or high fluency in Dutch with strong English skills (B2+)
• Or English-only proficiency is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage and document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
