Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and delivering excellent service via phone, email and chat. The role requires multilingual fluency in Italian, French or Dutch with strong English, and on-site work in Lisbon with rotating hours from 07:30 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, weekends off.

You will document interactions, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and participate in onboarding

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian with strong English (B2+) required.
• Fluency in French with strong English (B2+) required.
• Fluency in Dutch with strong English (B2+) required.
• English-only option acceptable for candidates with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
