Responsibilities

• Investigating issues with ad campaigns, accounts, payments, and platform functionality
• Troubleshooting ad delivery, campaign creation, billing, and account performance
• Guiding users through advertising policies, guidelines, and technical setups
• Understanding the issue, identifying the right solution, and explaining it clearly
• Supporting customers through email, chat, and phone
