Qualifications

• Proven on-site IT support experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Client and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with LAN networking and meeting room equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line on-site technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, LAN connectivity, and meeting room equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with internal or external technical teams and travel across Madeira for on-site support.
