Job summary

Jobbex.IT in Madeira is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site first- and second-line support for our client across Madeira. You will troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, LAN connectivity and meeting room equipment, install and maintain IT hardware and software, and manage incidents via a ticketing system.

Travel across Madeira is required, and a valid driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in on-site IT support within a corporate environment.
• Good knowledge of Windows Client, Microsoft 365, and LAN networking.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Valid driving licence and availability to travel across Madeira.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line on-site technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, LAN connectivity, and meeting room equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Support local IT infrastructure and manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system.
• Follow up on tickets until resolution and coordinate with internal or external technical teams.
• Travel across Madeira to provide on-site support.
