Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is offering a 6-month full-time internship in Lisbon. You will support the Account Manager team with daily operational tasks and help deliver an amazing experience for partners and customers.

You will analyze partner insights, propose feature improvements, maintain relationships, and track key metrics while learning in a collaborative environment that values growth and impact.

Qualificações

• Available for 6 months full-time internship.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics or sales.
• Up to 1 year of work experience in startups, consulting, sales or marketing (preferred).
• Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
• Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small.
• Proactivity, organization and attention to details.
• Excellent knowledge of G-Suite (Docs, Sheet, Slides).
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Account Manager team with daily Operational tasks.
• Gather insights from partners to improve experience for them and customers.
• Identify tech features improvements to increase partners UX and provide feedback to HQ.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners through scalable tools and initiatives.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Define scalable processes so partners are self-sufficient with our tools.
• Review and propose partner communications to ensure engagement and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment to grow and contribute.
