GET JOB LTD in Lisbon is seeking a Banking Support professional who is a native or C2 French speaker with strong English (B2) and numerical aptitude. You will handle banking queries via phone and email, delivering clear, accurate information and maintaining professional service standards.

The role involves 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week with a rotational shift pattern, based in Lisbon (Alcântara). Previous call center or banking support experience is advantageous.
