FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist our Norwegian-speaking customers from Lisbon, Portugal. You will deliver empathetic, accurate assistance and resolve inquiries with a client‑focused mindset.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a gross monthly salary of 1,400€ plus a Performance Bonus of 100€ and a Language Bonus of 150€. You must be legally authorized to work in Portugal and reside locally in Lisbon.

Overview

Schedule and Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.

Compensation

Gross Salary: 1,400.00 € gross/month.
