FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a client project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist Norwegian-speaking customers with empathy and accuracy, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users through processes.

The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, with a gross monthly salary of 1,400 € plus a 100 € performance bonus and a 150 € language bonus.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Lisbon, Portugal and reside locally.
