FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative for our client project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide empathetic and accurate assistance to Norwegian-speaking customers, helping resolve inquiries and guide users through processes.

Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you will be based on-site in Lisbon with a gross salary of 1,400.00 € per month plus a 100.00 € performance bonus and a 150.00 € language bonus. Relocation support is not provided.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level Norwegian language proficiency.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Lisbon, Portugal and reside locally.
