FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative to help Norwegian-speaking customers from our Lisbon-based operations. You will respond empathetically, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate information is provided in every interaction.

The role requires fluent Norwegian, legal right to work in Portugal, and residence in Lisbon area. Typical hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, with monthly gross salary of 1,400€ plus performance and language bonuses.

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for our client's project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide empathetic and accurate customer support to Norwegian‑speaking customers.

Location

Lisbon, Portugal is the capital city of Portugal, known for its historic neighborhoods, vibrant culture, and coastal charm.

Schedule and Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.

Compensation

Gross Salary: 1,400.00 € gross/month.

Relocation

No relocation support provided.

Bonuses

• Performance Bonus: 100.00 €
• Language Bonus: 150.00 €
