FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist Norwegian-speaking customers from Lisbon, Portugal. You will respond empathetically, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate information to help customers resolve their inquiries.

Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. The role offers a gross monthly salary of 1,400€ plus a 100€ performance bonus and a 150€ language bonus each month.

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for our client's project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide empathetic and accurate customer support to Norwegian‑speaking customers.

Schedule and Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.

Compensation

Gross Salary: 1,400.00 € gross/month.
