FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist Norwegian-speaking customers from our Lisbon office. You will handle inquiries with empathy and accuracy, delivering exceptional support that aligns with our client’s standards.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a gross monthly salary of 1,400.00 €, plus a performance bonus of 100.00 € and a language bonus of 150.00 €.

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for our client's project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide empathetic and accurate customer support to Norwegian‑speaking customers.

Schedule and Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.

Compensation

Gross Salary: 1,400.00 € gross/month.
