FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a client project in Lisbon to assist Norwegian-speaking customers with empathy and accuracy.

We offer a Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 schedule and a gross salary of 1,400.00 € per month, plus a 100.00 € performance bonus and a 150.00 € language bonus. Suitable candidates are locally resident and legally authorized to work in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level Norwegian language proficiency.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Lisbon, Portugal and reside locally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide empathetic and accurate customer support to Norwegian-speaking customers.
• Assist customers and coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure clear communication.
