FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon, Portugal, is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist Norwegian‑speaking customers. You will provide empathetic, accurate help during business hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

The role offers a gross salary of 1,400.00 € per month, plus a 100.00 € performance bonus and a 150.00 € language bonus. You must be legally authorized to work in Lisbon and reside locally.

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for our client's project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide empathetic and accurate customer support to Norwegian‑speaking customers.

Location

Lisbon, Portugal is the capital city of Portugal, known for its historic neighborhoods, vibrant culture, and coastal charm.

Schedule and Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.

Compensation

Gross Salary: 1,400.00 € gross/month.
