FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist Norwegian-speaking customers from its Lisbon office. You will provide empathetic and accurate support, resolve inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements include fluent/native Norwegian and legal right to work in Lisbon and reside locally. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a gross salary of 1,400 € monthly plus performance and language bonuses.
