Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Zalando Customer Expert to join our team in Greece. You will deliver world‑class support to Zalando customers, handle orders, returns and exchanges, and act as a brand ambassador in a fast‑paced ecommerce environment.

Relocation is fully covered, with training and career development, plus performance bonuses and additional salary incentives, all while joining a premier European retail services group.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential.
• EU passport or work permit required.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with online shopping platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a target‑driven mindset.
• Interest in fashion and e-commerce trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class support to Zalando customers across online and offline channels.
• Resolve inquiries about order status, returns, and exchanges in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding high standards of the retail experience.
• Assist customers with account management, payment verification, and personalized shopping guidance.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize multi‑channel tools to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic resolutions.
• Stay updated on retail trends, promotions, and stock availability to serve clients effectively.
