Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to the e-commerce platform, including orders, returns, and product information via phone, email, and chat in Danish
• Provide comprehensive assistance on account management, payment processing, and shipping inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a satisfactory experience
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for record-keeping purposes
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service delivery and resolve complex issues
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and e-commerce trends to provide relevant assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
