Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team. The role involves assisting Danish-speaking clients across phone, email, and chat, resolving complex inquiries, and maintaining CRM records in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on product knowledge, and strive to meet quality and resolution KPI targets while benefiting from a relocation package and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Experience in a contact center or service-oriented environment is advantageous.
• Wamiliarity with CRM systems and ticketing software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality assistance to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve complex inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our internal CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service escalations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs focused on quality and resolution efficiency.
