The ideal candidate will be fluent in Portuguese, English, and French, providing support to clients and ensuring a best-in-class service experience. Responsibilities include acting as a key contact for clients, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams. This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule in one of Europe’s vibrant cities.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and French is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales administration preferred.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset is crucial.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key contact for clients by phone and email.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Keep client and sales records accurate in Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with the Orders and Accounting teams.
