Conectys in Lisbon seeks an Inside Sales Representative fluent in German to build lasting relationships with business customers and drive sales. You will identify opportunities, guide customers through the process, and collaborate with teams to enhance the customer journey.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus performance and signing bonuses, relocation support, and access to modern CRM tools including Salesforce and AI-powered solutions, in a diverse international environment.

Qualificações

• C2 level of German and minimum B2 level of English – written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-first mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities and close sales.
• Willingness to work in a contact center environment, in a hybrid setup.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution-oriented conversations.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities using internal SalesForce systems and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to continuously improve the customer journey and business results.
