Conectys is expanding its Lisbon hub to support a flagship global client. We seek experienced Team Managers to build and scale multilingual Inside Sales teams across Europe, including German, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian and Dutch.

You will own performance, coaching and results for your team, reporting into account leadership and collaborating with recruitment as the team scales. Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate with relocation support.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of people management experience in sales, inside sales, customer operations or account management environments.
• Experience leading sales teams with revenue, conversion or commercial targets.
• Native or C2 proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian or Dutch plus business English (min B2).
• Comfortable coaching performance and quality metrics in a fast-scaling, multilingual environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a global client.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate with relocation support.

Conectys is expanding its Lisbon hub to support one of our flagship global clients. We are looking for experienced Team Managers to build, lead and scale multilingual Inside Sales teams across multiple European markets, including German, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian and Dutch. About the role

Unlike traditional customer service leadership roles, this position combines people leadership, commercial accountability and direct client exposure, offering a clear path toward senior account and operational leadership roles. You’ll own performance, coaching and results for a team of Inside Sales Representatives supporting our client, reporting into account leadership and working closely with recruitment as the team scales.

What you’ll own

• Build, lead, coach and develop a newly formed team of Inside Sales Representatives supporting your assigned market.
• Drive commercial results and own team KPIs — conversion, call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction — and report directly to client leadership
• Run daily huddles, 1:1s and performance reviews; spot coaching needs and build career paths for your team
• Build strong client relationships within your market, act as the main escalation point, and ensure SLAs, performance targets and governance commitments are consistently delivered.
• Champion a genuinely multicultural and multilingual team culture

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years of people management experience in sales, inside sales, customer operations or account management environments. (B2B, FMCG, HoReCa or beverages a strong plus).
• Experience leading sales teams with revenue, conversion or commercial targets.
• Native or C2 proficiency in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian and Dutch plus business-level English (minimum B2).
• Comfortable coaching performance and quality metrics in a fast-scaling, multilingual environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage a demanding global client and remain calm under scale-up pressure.
• Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate (we’ll help).

• Gross monthly fixed salary between €1,300 and €2,600, depending on experience and language market
