Conectys Portugal is seeking an Inside Sales Representative fluent in Swedish and proficient in English to build and manage business customer relationships from Lisbon in a hybrid setup. You will identify sales opportunities and guide customers through the sales process while meeting targets.

You will leverage Salesforce and other CRM tools, collaborate across teams, and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Swedish language proficiency at C2 level and English at least B2 (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products/services.
• Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution-oriented conversations.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to improve the customer journey and business results.
