Conectys Portugal is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to turn conversations into opportunities. You will build relationships with business customers, identify needs, and guide them through the sales process from a hybrid base in Lisbon.

Fluent French and strong English are required, with prior sales or customer-facing experience. You’ll work with Salesforce and modern CRM tools, receive ongoing coaching, and engage with an international client portfolio.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C2) and English (B2) required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution-oriented conversations.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to improve the customer journey and business results.
